Psychotherapy
Personago offers a network of clinical psychologists to improve an individual's well-being and mental health, to resolve or mitigate troublesome behaviours, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions, and to improve relationships and social skills. Leaders can have personal issues too and Personago is familiar with typical stress factors they face in private life.
Couple Therapy
Changes in professional situations can have a profound influence on the conduct, responses and actions of the individuals in a relationship. Most relationships will get strained at some time, resulting in a failure to function optimally and produce self-reinforcing, maladaptive patterns. Personago offers a network of psychologists/sexologists to help couples create a viable solution to the problem and setting these relationships back on track, to reorient the individuals' perceptions and emotions.

Koenraad even backed me up one day on a panel debate in Paris and I have good memories on his presentation for the Ministry of Labor, challenging them to think more modern and use modern, valid but state-of-the-art tools, stepping away from paper and pencil tests. We have delivered leadership workshops together in Paris and Luxembourg, being the designers and facilitators at the same time.
